Pascal A/S handles data in accordance to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) rules.
Purpose of data collection
We collect information to improve our customers’ experience of our website, products, advisory services. Furthermore, data continuously allows improve our communication and optimize relationships with our customers and partners.
Collection of personal data
Pascal A/S receive personal data through agreements, purchases, administration of purchases and/or when you visit our website. We also store email correspondence and update current contact information through the Danish CVR registry. We handle personal data in a proper manner, and always strive to respect your privacy. We are only in possession of common personal information such as name, position, area of work, email address, phone numbers and the like.
Legal obligation
When we process personal data, we fulfill our responsibilities in accordance with laws, regulations and/or government decisions. This means, for example, that we are obliged to process our customer’s information to prevent money laundering and follow the rules in the Accounting Act. In some cases, we are obliged to store data after termination of the contract – for example, to comply with the rules on money laundering and storage of accounting documents.
Market and customer information, as well as system development and marketing
We also process personal data for customer and market analyses as well as system development. This may, for example, be part of Pascal’s business development, to improve our products and services to our customers. Customer data analysis can also be used to combat fraud etc…
Right of access
You are entitled to information about what personal information Pascal treats about you. A prerequisite for insight is that Pascal must be able to identify you with a valid image identification so that unauthorized persons will not be able to access your data.
Data portability
You may also request an electronic copy of the information you have provided to Pascal. You can request that your data be transferred to another data manager, as far as it is technically possible. A request to transfer data is done in the same way as a request for insight. Also, in this case, Pascal must uniquely identify you so that unauthorized persons do not access your personal data.
Right to rectification
You have the right to have incorrect personal information about yourself adjusted as well as the right to supplement personal information if these are incomplete.
The right to be deleted and not receive marketing materials
